 "The Orange Estates" in the City of Downey CA it's a well known area for preserving, encouraging and celebrating, traditional architecture. If this building seems a little familiar to you, it is because this new construction is part of a side by side development that the studio had the privilege to be part of. Architecturally the homes had a lot in common. That's the reason why the approach with interior design finishes and aim to differentiate one project from the other with a modern, bold and organic attitude.
