3D Visualization project.
This home was designed around the iconic "El Pino"  a natural landmark of East Los Angeles, sitting on the border of East Los Angeles and the Boyle Heights neighborhood, on the corner of Folsom and N Indiana Streets.  This project was born as the city of LA fights the home crisis and the COVID 19 pandemic. This multi family project makes proper use of the land not just celebrating, but incorporating and protecting this natural landmark. In addition, this building made strategic selection of energy efficient materials and finishes to promote longevity and low carbon foot print.
